Organizer.Club (i) hereby represents that it respects the intellectual property rights of third parties, and (ii) expects the users of the website https://organizer.club (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) to do the same, and reciprocally (iii) expects such third parties to respect his intellectual property rights.

More specifically, upon receiving proper notification of claimed infringement pursuant to the provisions contained in the Law, Organizer.Club shall respond to such claim by (if, in our sole discretion, it is deemed to be the appropriate and/or necessary response) expeditiously/immediately taking down/removing and/or by blocking access to the reported infringing material (identified in the claim) located on our Website.
